I have been using the Glow light vest on my early morning runs and it’s amazing. The front white LED lights give me good visibility of the road ahead and the rear red lights let the cyclists coming up behind know I’m there. USB charging also a big plus. Highly recommend.
I Kayak for Penrith Valley Conoeing and wore my light vest last night during our weekly twilight race. It was perfect, I was easy to spot and its very comfortable to wear. Purchase worth doing.
[i wore my glow.] over the hydration pack today. No issues with it getting in the way accessing my food or my arms hitting it (which was my main concern). The elastic band was nice and stretchy which made it easy to take off as well.

Absolutely love love love my running vest!
No more excuses that ‘it’s too dark outside’. Having recently moved from Melbourne I have been caught out a couple of times heading out for an afternoon run and on account of Queensland’s lack of twilight - suddenly finding myself running in the dark and feeling very unsafe - traffic not being able to see me and not being able to see the uneven paths in front of me.
The front light (white) is bright enough to light my path and not need to wear a headlamp. The back light (red) is a great way for cars to detect which way I’m travelling.
The vest reflective panels also increases visibility of me. The vest is very easy to adjust and incredibly comfortable to wear - I don’t notice I’m wearing it.
I love that the lights are rechargeable simply by putting the charging cable into the light power pack.
My very energetic border collie is also enjoying our new found freedom of running in the dark.
This is a must have item for anyone that enjoys the freedom and safety of walking, running or cycling outside.
